Hatha
Hatha focuses on connecting movement to breath for a well rounded experience, leaving you to flow through the rest of your day with greater ease. Listen and learn from your body during this alignment based practice.
Yin
Yin, a deeply felt practice, has us slowing down and holding poses for a few minutes at a time, either seated or laying on the mat. Challenging for the mind and rewarding for the fascia.
Meditation
Learn various techniques of meditation by incorporating breath work, imagery, and
mantra. Then choose what resonates the best for you personally to encourage future individual practice.
